CNET help is an interface to Usenet newsgroups. There's also a tab for Interactive Help, a link to ePeople.

They help you find the right category for your question or answer and then they forward it to the right newsgroups.

All the questions are displayed on the CNET site and the answers are copied back onto it.

It's free. The reward is to be listed on CNET as one of the people who answered the most questions.
