This is an auction site where buyers state a problem and look at bids to solve it. Answers are provided offline after negotiation.

Buyers state a target price and pick a bid based on price offered and the rating of the seller. "Do not answer the question here," the seller is advised, " you won't get paid. Instead, encourage the seeker to choose your offer."

The site shows questions but no answers.

The site holds the money and credits the sellers account for the negotiated price if the buyer is satisfied.
